Anti-Corrosion Service
Anti-Corrosive steel pipe refers to the internal and external coating processing with anticorrosive functional materials or by using carbon steel seamless steel pipe, carbon steel spiral steel pipe or carbon steel straight seam steel pipe as base material. A steel pipe that can effectively prevent or slow down chemical or electrochemical corrosion reactions during transportation and use. Anti-corrosion steel pipe is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, gas, heat, sewage treatment, water, bridge, steel pipe and other engineering fields.
Anticorrosive steel pipe is divided into the following categories:
Special stainless-steel materials：such as duplex steel.
Bimetallic and ceramic composite steel tubes.
Cement Mortar Lining anti-corrosion steel pipe.
IPN8710 anti-corrosion：When there are many kinds of corrosion media in steel pipe, such as acid, alkali, salt, oxidant and water vapor, the coating must have chemical inertia, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, the coating should be dense structure, good waterproof permeability, strong adhesion, tough and full. IPN8710 anti-corrosion is applicable in such cases.
FBE epoxy powder corrosion：FBE epoxy powder anti-corrosion structure: electrostatic spraying the surface of the steel epoxy powder coating, a film. The coating has a coating operation is simple, clean, coating impact resistance and bending properties, temperature resistance advantages.
2PE/3PE corrosion：Electrostatic spraying of epoxy powder on the surface of steel pipe with side wound adhesive and side wound polyethylene anticorrosive coating combined with the excellent properties of the three, thus significantly improving the overall quality of anticorrosive pipe. It has chemical corrosion resistance, cathode stripping resistance and mechanical failure resistance.
High-density polyethylene jacket corrosion：High density polyethylene jacket corrosion structure: the outer surface of pipe wrapped in high-density polyethylene material, with a high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, can protect the steel in the transportation, installation and use of the process to avoid external factors the damage.
